Positions at eBev:
Cassandra has experience working in the Sydney wholesale beverage industry for the last eight years and is passionate about food, wine and hospitality. She holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed WSET Level 3 Award in Wine and Spirits. Cassandra loves the outdoors and her regular fitness activities are early morning rowing and evening runs.
Oscar has a hospitality background, most recently in a purchasing role for a large hotel chain in Sydney. Oscar understands the beverage industry and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business. On the weekend, Oscar enjoys cycling, cooking and discovering and collecting music.
Jason is an experienced lead developer with previous experience in technical leadership roles on Dimmi, Choosi, Newsboost (Media Monitors) and MasterCard development projects. Jason is driven by innovative solutions and products and although new to the hospitality and wholesale beverage environment, he enjoys solving the industry specific challenges. Jason enjoys developing pc games, gaming and motorcycles.
Guy is a passionate developer with experience across projects like Viridian Glass, Mastercard Access Prepaid and QantasCash. He is focused on the digital space and developing bold and engaging web applications. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has numerous certifications with years of experience in many enterprise digital frameworks and platforms. Guy excels in web application development, B2B, B2C solutions and data analysis. A dedicated foodie, on any given weekend you'll find Guy eating his way through Sydney’s hottest venues. His music taste is eclectic featuring anything from classical to rock.
Brett Strauss joins eBev Sydney in the role of Business Development Manager with a significant advantage in understanding the venue side and the challenges they face. He's had the opportunity to develop his skills by launching a range of venues from small niche pubs to major airport facilities. Brett also recently gained experience on the supplier side with his involvement in a wine import and distribution company. He loves all things sport, travel, wine and family. He is currently learning to play golf in his spare time.

Kathryn Cromarty has joined eBev in the role of Business Development Manager in Victoria. She brings a strong hospitality management, sales and most recently a digital background to eBev. Kathryn has built a great network of relationships within the Melbourne hospitality scene with both venues and suppliers. She is passionate about wine and loves discovering new restaurants, a certified foodie. In her down time Kathryn loves to play basketball, head to the beach or go for a run with her beloved dogs.

Sally has both operational and strategic experience in hospitality with a keen interest in wine education. Sally is the NSW Chapter Chair for Wine Communicators of Australia, she holds a Master of Management degree and has completed WSET Level 3 Award in Wine and Spirits. Sally enjoys running, knitting and supporting the Sydney Roosters.
Scott is a hospitality professional who has experience working in the Victorian market for over twenty years. Scott’s most recent role was selling beverages for a large distributor in Melbourne. Scott has completed his WSET Level 2 Award in Wine and Spirits and is passionate about customer service. Scott is a devoted family man with a love for all sports especially AFL football which he plays on weekends.
Sahra has 14 years experience working in the wine and hospitality industries across a variety of roles including wine retail, wholesale wine sales and hospitality operations. Sahra recently completed her Diploma of Marketing fueling her entrepreneurial spirit, she has a keen interest in startup’s and how technology is being used to change the way people behave and is passionate about wine. When not at eBev Sahra can be found at the beach with her daughters, cooking anything from scratch and bushwalking when the weather is fine.
